Kristina contacted me two months before her wedding. Brad had just proposed and the couple wanted to get married very soon a couple of months later in June. Everything went very fast. They had already found the venue they were dreaming of, the lovely Château de Tourreau close to Avignon which they rented for an entire week to spend with their very close relatives.
K and B wanted to find touches of authentic French charms throughout the different steps of the wedding day.
The ceremony was held facing the large stone fountain. Kristina walked down the aisle with her father. The ceremony was very moving. The two families, from the Philippines for the Bride and from Canada for the Groom had only just met upon arrival in France a few days earlier but were already very close.
After the ceremony, the Bride and Groom walked around the park, followed by the photographer and video reporter to capture these magical instants. A beautiful setting of fountains, stone walls and green fields.
The dinner was set in the intimate paved courtyard. A long banquet table, amber atmosphere lighting, torches, candles and crystal chandeliers with floral arrangements of cream roses and white lilies gave a very regal and elegant feel to the reception.
To complete this theme trio of string musicians sat under the stone arches playing classical airs throughout dinner.
